Villas in La Cala de Mijas

The project consists of 16 designer luxury villas. Construction began in June 2016 and the first villas are expected to be completed during the winter of 2017, ready to be delivered in the second quarter of 2018.

Fourteen of the villas have 3 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms, while villas # 10 and # 12 have 4 bedrooms. All have a beautiful private garden, a large infinity pool and custom kitchen. All villas have two levels, with the upper floor containing the master bedroom with a large bathroom, a dressing room and a large terrace facing south.

In addition, fourteen of the villas have two additional bedrooms on the upper floor with an additional shared bathroom. The main entrance is on the ground floor in most of the villas and there is an open kitchen, lounge, guest bedroom en-suite, a guest toilet and a large south facing terrace, sea view and direct access to a large pool overflowing. In the villas, # 10 and # 12, at ground level also contains the fourth bedroom.

All villas have a double garage, storage room and laundry.
