Villa under construction in Tarifa

Villa under construction with licence and plans to finish it to your own specifications. The only urban villa finalist in Tarifa.

The villa belongs to a project located in the center of Tarifa, inspired by its natural landscapes near the coast that facilitate the enjoyment of our stay in Tarifa.

This modern development of new construction offers two swimming pools, a gym, very large garages (more than 25 m²), a playground for children and a barbecue area in the midst of a unique landscaped design.

Its privileged location is the ideal place for a vacation stay surrounded by nature and beaches. Located in an exceptional area. Facing the sea, in the southernmost point of Europe and closest to Africa, Tarifa is one of the coastal cities with the greatest tourist projection, as it has become the kingdom of windsurfing.

Due to its maritime environment, a good part of the economy of Tarifa is supported by tourism (and derived from it, by the hotel industry). In addition, the fishing activity is very significant, as well as the water sports industry, mainly Windsurfing and Kitesurfing. There are many schools that teach these sports, and the rental of boards, sails and other accessories is also quite accessible.

The leisure activities that we can develop are diverse. Due to its location near the beach, although we can also enjoy its wide areas of vegetation and, in addition, it is near the Natural Park of the Strait (about 10 kilometers).

An incredible opportunity in a dream location!
